I’m a product owner/management professional who believes in driving customer success with data-driven decisions. I have a background in project management, customer success, graphic design, and marketing in multiple industries — most recently 13 years in higher education. I recently completed a Udacity Nanodegree in Business Analytics and am currently doing a bootcamp in Python development. I’m in the planning stages of training an experimental AI LLM with cooperative extension service content from across the United States.
